They are experienced in working with auction houses, galleries, private dealers, interior designers, and collectors from around the world. We provide objective advice and exemplary service focused solely on our clients' needs. Specialists will identify and evaluate appropriate artworks and are committed to negotiating the best terms for our clients, whether they are buying or selling.
Davis Cooper is an advisor and art consultant
at Miller Gaffney Art Advisory. As a creative writing major at the College of Charleston, she applies her research
and writing skills to the art business world. Davis is working towards her appraisers certification and hopes to
further her career in the art world.
Jessica Fleming serves as an appraiser and art
consultant at Miller Gaffney Art Advisory. Jessica has worked as a fine art consultant for the past twelve years
at art galleries in Charleston, South Carolina, and Los Angeles. She specializes in Fine Art Photography and
Contemporary Art. She is a USPAP certified appraiser and graduate of College of Charleston.
Vaughn Massey is an art consultant with over fifteen years of experience in building post-war and
contemporary art collections for clients. She holds a BA in Art History from Scripps College and a Master's in Art
Connoisseurship from Christie's New York. Massey has worked at notable galleries like Ace Gallery and Sperone
Westwater and was involved in the Whitney Museum project at the former Fisher Landau Center for Art. Beyond advising,
she has curated exhibitions at the National Arts Club, featuring mid-career artists who have since been showcased in
museums. Her expertise lies in identifying promising artists and matching art with clients' tastes. Massey regularly
attends international art fairs and major exhibitions, including Art Basel and the Venice Biennale.
